Acorn Cloud is a platform where we can host the right media management solutions for you. This may include a traditional MAM though it is not a requirement. Some of our Client’s leverage Acorn to host only their workflow orchestration, a cloud archive, or a total solution inclusive of production storage, a MAM, project management, workflow orchestration, and more.

Acorn is a hosted and managed service. We can adapt and update components within your environment to best meet your ongoing needs.

Yes, we can review your on-premise environment and needs to determine the best approach to a hybrid solution with Acorn for you.

Our name started as the internal project name within CHESA for our hosted and managed services, deriving from our team members pet cat’s name. Same for Bones, our underlying control plane, whose name comes from our team member’s pet bird name.

Most likely yes. We can host the software for which you already hold your own perpetual or subscription licensing, or we may be able to convert your existing licensing into our all-inclusive SaaS pricing for you.  We have users within both models today.
